Shipping methods:
The delivery of products is done:
- Upon receipt from our place,
- With delivery by courier and Transport Company and always on the sidewalk. The products' delivery time is 1 - 3 days for accesible areas and 5 days for hard to reach areas.
Shipping charges:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping method.
- Free on pick up from our place.
- From 0 - 2 kg the shipping cost is 3.80€ for accesible areas and 7.00€ for hard to reach areas.
- From 2 kg and more, the cost is 0.90€ per kg for accesible areas and 1.30€ per kg for hard to reach areas.

Change - Return policy:
The products supplied by the online store siatras.shop can be returned in cases (1,2) in which:
- a wrong product has been added to the order so the customer should contact us directly, either by phone or via email, to make the change
- the customer has received products of poor and defective quality (in order to determine the poor and defective quality and to replace the products, the customer is obliged to send us photos in digital format at info@siatras.shop).
- Specifically:
if the product shows a manufacturing defect, we replace it immediately free of charge. Also if the customer returns the products by non-cooperating transport / courier of the company then the costs are borne by him in each case (even if the product is defective). - in case we sent you the wrong item, we send you the right one and bear the cost of transporting the wrong product.
Also, we do not accept returns on products that have been modified / washed / used and are not returned in their standard packaging along with all purchase documents. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case of return of products, which have been received by courier or courier, they must return to our headquarters in the same way, even in case of defective product (the transfer is borne by the customer).
The maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all the above cases (1,2) the product to be replaced-repair must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases (1,2) the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, completely unused (as new) and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and is in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep. etc.).
Before each return, you should contact us by e-mail at info@siatras.shop or by phone at +30 24310 25730, on the subject of "Order Return Application" stating the date / document number / name / surname of the purchase within the above deadline. Provided that you receive written return approval from siatras.shop, the address to which the products to be returned must be the corresponding address of the contact details, WITH THE INDICATION "REQUEST RETURN REQUEST".
In case the products are not returned within 14 days then siatras.shop may not accept any return and replacement.
Product that has been sold with an extra gift should be returned with the extra gift.
In case of repeated returns or in the event that siatras.shop at its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith is entitled to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects. In case you find a defect you must contact our online store immediately after delivery the same day through the contact form that you will find on our website or by email & phone at the store where the purchase took place. The return policy of siatras.shop does not concern defective products, which are covered by their respective warranties.
Order cancellation:
The order can be canceled in the following cases: before the order is completed, during the electronic order process you can "back" and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button. An order can be canceled within 24 hours of receiving it and only if the product has not been shipped before.
